Cheese Dip and Hummus

This dip is super easy to do. Definitely will love your guests. Just heat mix and serve!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1 piece of tomato chopped
  • 230 grams of cheddar cheese grated
  • to taste of cookie or potatoes to serve
  • to taste of coriander to decorate

    Preparation

    In a pan, mix the milk with the hummus over high heat until it reaches a boil.
    Remove from the heat, add the cheese little by little until everything is melted and incorporated.
    Add the tomato and serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    You can add more tomatoes, a little cilantro and even a little onion if you feel like it.

    TIPS

    Serve immediately since the juice of the tomato could cause the dip to become slightly watery.
