Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 cup of sunflower seed toast
  • 2 tablespoons of Water
  • 1 tomtato seedless, chopped
  • 1/4 of cup of fresh coriander
  • 2 chipotle chilies with marinade
  • 2 cloves of garlic burned
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream

Preparation

Grind the sunflower seeds by pressing the food processor until a thick flour is obtained. Add the tomato, chipotle, garlic, and cilantro.
Slowly add the cream, mix again if necessary add water until you get the consistency you want.
Pour the dip into a deep bowl, decorate with toasted sunflower seeds.
Accompany with vegetable sticks or bread.

TIPS

Change the chipotle for the chili of your choice.
