This parmesan cheese dip recipe has mayonnaise and sour cream. You can add the herbs you like, although it combines well with chopped chives. If you want to give a different touch you can also add a few squares of bacon. Serve your parmesan cheese dip with french fries or chopped vegetables.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup thick sour cream
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 chives, finely chopped

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and chives).
Refrigerate the dip for 1 hour.
Serve the dip with assorted vegetables (carrots, cucumber, broccoli) or with french fries.

TIPS

You can change the scallion for fresh herbs of your liking. To add a special touch, add bacon in squares (previously browned).
