Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup Ades® soy
  • 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped

Preparation

Place AdeS® Soya, light mayonnaise, ricotta cheese, chopped onion, half of chopped scallions and powdered consommé in the blender.
Blend until all the ingredients are perfectly integrated.
Empty in a bowl or bowl with a lid and sprinkle the rest of the chives on top.
Refrigerate until serving time and accompany with carrot, cucumber and jicama trunks.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with salad or with vegetable crudites.

TIPS

Keep refrigerated until serving time.
