Delicious quesadillas with hummus, ideal for a quick dinner for 2 people. Since they will take you little time to prepare them and their unique flavor you will love it.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 tortillas, big
  • 1/2 cups Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/2 red onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese
  • 1 avocado

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Place 2 tortillas on a large baking sheet on butter paper.
With the help of a spatula, spread the hummus over each tortilla making sure to cover the entire surface.
Add the onion and grated cheese evenly.
Cover each quesadilla placing the remaining 2 tortillas on top.
Bake for 3 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and the tortillas take a light golden tone.
Once removed from the oven, add the sliced ​​avocado.
Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

The sliced ​​avocado is added to the quesadillas for presentation, make sure the tortilla is golden brown.

TIPS

Serve hot.
