Quinoa Tostadas and Hummus

For this fast and delicious recipe I was inspired by a quinoa salad that I learned to prepare in a healthy cooking class. I added some ingredients and removed others; the result was delicious.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of Hummus Libanius®
  • 1 package of pita bread integral Libanius
  • 1 piece of avocado cut into cubes, for the salad
  • 1 piece of lemon just the juice, for the salad
  • 2 cups of spinach Washed and disinfected, cut in julienne, for the salad
  • 1 Cup of quinoa cooked, for the salad
  • 1 Cup of bean cooked with broth, for the salad
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil for the salad
  • to taste of salt and pepper for the salad
  • to taste of parsley to decorate

    Preparation

    Cut the Pita Bread into 4 triangles each and heat in the oven for about 5 minutes.
    Mix the ingredients of the salad.
    Spread the triangles of Pan Pita with Hummus Libanius.
    Add a little of the previous mixture and garnish with parsley.
    Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Arrange the triangles in a circle and decorate with parsley leaves.

    TIPS

    Use ripe but firm avocados. You can use this dish for the children's snack.
