Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 potatoes, alpha
  • 150 bacon, in strips
  • 1/2 liters vegetal oil
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Cut the potatoes into canes.
Cut the strips of bacon into thinner strips. (Approximately 3 strips per slice of bacon)
Fry the potatoes at 150 ° C until lightly browned. Drain and remove excess fat.
Wrap the potatoes with the bacon strip.
Fry at 180 ° C with the bacon strip until golden.
Drain and sprinkle with salt to taste.

PRESENTATION
