Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 package goat cheese
  • leaves peppermint
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oils
  • pita breads, (optional)

Preparation

Put the cream cheese, goat cheese, mint leaves, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper in the blender.
Blend until you have a creamy mixture. (Add olive oil to taste depending on how creamy you want it).
Heat the Arabic bread, cut into triangles and serve.

PRESENTATION

Adorn with leaves of hirbabuena.

TIPS

If you do not have mint, you can use dill, basil or mint. Make your combinations!
