Put the cream cheese, goat cheese, mint leaves, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper in the blender.
Blend until you have a creamy mixture. (Add olive oil to taste depending on how creamy you want it).
Heat the Arabic bread, cut into triangles and serve.
