  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 3/4 cups Extra Special® Pasta Sauce Tomato and Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 150 grams Gouda cheese
  • 1 cup Ham, in squares
  • 1 cup Pineapple in syrup, in Little pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 150 grams Gouda cheese
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Spread the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut rectangles of 10 x 7cm.
Form the puff pastry by spreading a little tomato sauce in one of the rectangles, taking care not to reach the edges. Add a slice of gouda cheese, ham, pineapple and season with oregano.
Varnish the edges with egg and cover with another rectangle of puff pastry. Repeat until the puff pastry dough ends.
Varnish all rectangles with egg and place on a baking sheet. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serves hot or on time.
