This rich hummus with Greek yogurt is a delight and perfect for botanear. It is a very rich dip to accompany your vegetable sticks or to eat it with a little Arabic bread. Try it, you will love it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup canned chickpea
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 lemons, just the juice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 3 teaspoons paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Strain the chickpea can and blend all the ingredients.
Serve cold

PRESENTATION

Decorate sprinkling paprika.
