Delicious basket of Arab bread with jocoque and peaches in syrup, decorate with pieces of peach and mint.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 pita breads, soft
  • 1 cup jocoque, dry
  • 1 cup peach in syrup, (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons ax callus

Preparation

Look for an individual pancake mold or metal ring. Measure your height.
Cut strips of Arabic bread the same size as the molds. Cut along to avoid wasting.
Cover the inside with the strips of Arabic bread, arrange so that it forms a basket.
Bake the molds at 180ºC until the bread is toasted. Allow to cool inside the molds.
Mix jocoque, Mazola Oliva y Soya oil and sugar in a bowl; you can use the blender if you want, gently incorporate the chopped fruit. Reserve in the refrigerator.
Fill the baskets with a small spoon or a duya with a round tip.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with peaches and a mint leaf.

TIPS

You can prepare this jocoque, also salty, as a snack or a starter, replacing the fruit with some salty ingredient such as olives or red pepper and instead of sugar, salt and pepper.
