Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 1/4 cups ground bread
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Great Value® Canola Oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/3 cups Great Value® Mashed Sugar
  • 1 onion stem chambray, finely chopped
  • to taste sesame seed
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a bowl place the beef and pork, add the bread crumbs, the egg yolk, the parsley, the ginger and mix until integrated. Refrigerate and reserve.
Form bite size balls.
In a pan heat the oil over medium heat and fry the meatballs, until golden brown. Reservation.
For the sauce, heat the teriyaki sauce in a pot, add the soy sauce, add the mashed sugar and cook for 10 minutes. Add the meatballs and let cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve with skewer chopsticks, to decorate add sesame seeds and chamomile onion.
