Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tortillas, (tlayudas)
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 250 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 fists fresh coriander, (leaves)
  • red sauces, (valentina)
  • salt

Preparation

Spread on the tlayudas the seat (lard of pig).
Heat the beans in a pan and add them to the tlayuda.
Stir the oaxaca cheese with the valentina sauce and add the cheese to the tlayudas.
Cut the avocados into slices and serve them on top of the tlayuda.
Sprinkle the coriander leaves and season with a little salt.
Heat in a comal or pan.

Las tlayuda reales llevan además cecina, repollo. Se sirven con betabel y zanahoria cocidos, pepino y cellines y limón. La salsa es con tomate y chipotle para dar ese toque de "sabrooooso" al comerla

es lo que pensé al leer la receta, no creo que lleven ese intento de salsa, que es más químiccos y pintura que salsa... en lugar de valentina es salsa roja? sabrás como se hace?

Mmm mala idea agregar ingredientes que no van en algo tradicional Hola solo comentario. Las Tlayudas tradicionales de oaxaca no llevan ni salsa Valentina ni cilantro
