It is a delicious and easy recipe to prepare, very rich and everyone loves it. Especially accompany it with Champagne. Special for your parties and meetings. It is one of my favorites.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 400 grams roquefort cheese
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 drizzle milk
  • 1 tablespoon cognac, or brandy
  • salt
  • olives, stuffed with red pepper
  • caviar
  • cookies
  • oil spray
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • black pepper

Preparation

What I do is the following, a day before I sprinkle the mold for gelatin where I am going to pour it and put it in the freezer, this will help so that when the mousse sets we can remove it easily. Put the cream, milk, cheeses, salt and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. In a cup of hot water dissolve the natural gelatin until it is smooth and pour it into the blender along with everything to mix everything perfectly well.
On the other hand you must have the olives already chopped and the morón also minced small. Once everything is ready, you take the mold out of the freezer and put the olives and the pepper in the bottom of the mold and pour in the cream that you made of cheeses. Try not to miss salt, pepper and a touch of brandy or cognac. Cover it well and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before putting it on the table. You take it out of the mold and decorate it with a green leaf.
Accompanied with caviar and some delicious panetines with garlic that they sell at costco or with toasted baquetee.

PRESENTATION

On a flat plate, put the mousse, and decorate it with some lettuce leaves and the cookies around it. You can also use a loaf as a plate by cutting the lid and carefully removing the crumb without breaking the bread, and do it 24 hours before to leave

TIPS

A few hours before, put the mold sprinkled with pam in the freezer to loosen the mousse well.
