Tapenade is like an olive dip that can be used as a spread on a gourmet sandwich or eaten alone with bread.

  • olive oils
  • 150 grams black olive
  • 50 grams capers
  • 1 anchovy fillet
  • 2 cloves garlic

Preparation

Crush the olives, garlic, capers and anchovies.
Add olive oil (only the necessary so that it is not so thick).

Si se puede conservar pero se te pondrá más espeso, si te sobra se lo puedes agregar al pollo o a un filete de pescado blanco, Salmón con unas gotas de limon o pollo
