Preparation
Devein and clean the jalapeño peppers. To devein them, a T-type cut can be made starting horizontally in the box.
Fill the chiles with the cream cheese, you can season to taste. Be careful not to get too stuffed or you can leave the cheese.
Wrap the chiles very well with the strips of bacon, make sure that the cut T is well closed
Wrap in foil and put them on the grill or in the oven until the bacon browns.
