Preparation
Chop the basil and mix with the oil and balsamic vinegar, put salt, pepper and reserve. Open the ciabatta in half, spread with the butter each half. Cut the tomato and mozzarella cheese into slices.
Put on each bread, lettuce, slices of tomato and sprinkle with the basil vinaigrette, then the mozzarella cheese and finish with the slices of Parmesan cheese. Cover with the other part of the bread. If desired, they can be heated in a sandwich maker or served cold.
