Crab Sandwich with Capers Dressing

Rico very original crab sandwich flavored with garlic, parmesan, fine herbs, butter and a citrus touch of lemon. Served in rich bread Oroweat® 12 grains, smeared with a delicious caper mayonnaise. Do not forget to accompany the sandwich with fresh slices of cucumber.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fine herbs
  • 2 cups Crab meat
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 12 slices Oroweat® bread 12 grains
  • 1 cucumber, cut into sheets
  • 1 cup purple cabbage
  • to taste cherry tomato, to decorate
  • to taste olive, to decorate
  • to taste gherkin, to decorate

Preparation

For the dressing, in a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the capers, the onion and the yellow lemon juice. Add a little pepper to your liking. Reservation.
Heat a skillet over medium heat add the butter, garlic, crab meat, add the fine herbs and cook for 5 minutes, add the Parmesan cheese to melt, season to your liking and reserve.
Heat a grill-type frying pan and heat the Oroweat® 12 Grain bread until it forms the classic marks. Remove the bread from the grill, sprinkle a little dressing of capers, stuffed with the crab mixture. Serve with cucumber, cabbage, tomato, olive and pickle.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a little dressing.

TIPS

Clean the crab pulp to avoid having pieces of shell.
