Presentation

It’s simple to present, do it wrapped in a napkin. You can add red onion or pickled chilies or another sauce of your preference.

Tips

Spread the chimichurri on the bread, and toasting it will make it taste better. You can substitute Argentinian chorizo with Spanish chorizo or a cantimpano. Do not use Mexican chorizo as it crumbles, and the recipe requires the whole piece.
