Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 sausages, Argentine or Spanish party in half throughout
  • 1/2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 6 baguettes, medium

Preparation

Grill or sauté the chorizos.
Cut the baguettes in half and toast them a little in a pan.
Place the chorizos inside the loaves, 2 halves per bread.
Mix all the remaining ingredients to make the chimichurri and add them over the chorizos.

PRESENTATION

It is simple to present, do it wrapped in a napkin. You can add purple onions or chilies in vinegar or another sauce of your choice.

TIPS

Embarra the chimichurri in the bread and toast it will taste better. You can substitute the Argentine chorizo ​​for a Spanish or a cantimpano. Do not use Mexican chorizo ​​because it is disrupted and the whole piece is required for the recipe.
