"Toast" of Starred Egg with Fried Parsley

This delicious toast with fried egg and fried parsley is a good choice for a full and rich breakfast. Accompany it with the salsita of your preference and full of energy your morning and that of your family.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups oil, to fry the parsley
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 4 pinches black pepper
  • 1 package goat cheese, (150 g)
  • 4 slices bread, Saníssimo® zero gluten, toasted

Preparation

In a pan over low heat, heat the oil and fry the parsley, taking care not to burn. Drain on absorbent paper, season with salt and reserve.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and add the eggs one by one. Cook until yolk is cooked but tender. Season with salt and pepper and reserve.
Place some goat cheese on each piece of bread, followed by fried parsley and finish with the starred egg. Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serve the parsley, top the egg and accompany with fresh grapefruit segments.

TIPS

Take care of the temperature of the oil so that the parsley does not burn.
