Preheat the oven. Put egg whites, sugar and tartar cream in mary bath. Beat constantly until the whites are warm to the touch and the sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes.
Then change to a bowl and beat in slow mode gradually rising to maximum speed. It should beat about 10 minutes, until it is hard, shiny and form a kind of spikes. Mix the vanilla.
Place the mixture in a dulla and make hearts in a baking tray. Cook for 1 hour to 1 hour and a half or until they are firm. Taking care not to get coffee. Let the hearts cool for 20 minutes.
Put a base heart, put a few spoonfuls of ice cream, taking care not to get out of the way. Place a heart up. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
