Whisk the milk with the eggs. Add the flours (reserve a little wheat flour), the cornstarch, and the baking powder. While continuing to whisk, until achieving a homogenous mixture, refrigerate it for 15 minutes. Insert the sausage and cheese pieces into each stick without reaching the tip. Dip each banderilla in the reserved flour and then into the batter, letting them drain a little.
