Preparation
In a pot heat the oil and squeeze the garlic. Before it begins to brown add half a jar of any Mixed Salty Mixed Cuisine and thyme. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and let it boil for 1 minute. Turn off and let cool a little.
To serve: place the brie cheese on a serving plate and bathe with the sauce. Decorate with a sprig of thyme and serve with crackers or slices of toasted baguette.
