Preparation
Stretch the puff pastry to .5 cm thick.
Put raspberry jam on one side of the cheese, turn it over and put it on top of the puff pastry in the center.
Beat the egg lightly.
Varnish the puff pastry and wrap the cheese with the remaining dough to the center.
Turn the cheese over, leaving the smooth side up and re-varnish with egg.
Put it in a tray or on a baking dish and bake at 180ºC for 15-20 minutes or until you see that the dough begins to brown.
