Ingredients

10 portions
  • 10 chunks mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 pending, medium
  • oils, to fry
  • 1 cup bread, (in crumbs), ground bread
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dry
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Stir crumbs of bread or bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, garlic salt and pepper in a bowl.
In another bowl beat the eggs.
Cover the pieces of cheese with the wheat flour.
Then pass them through the egg.
Finally cover them with the first mixture. Repeat the steps if you want more chubby and covered.
Fry them in plenty of oil.
Let them drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.

PRESENTATION

You can put some sauce to accompany them.

TIPS

Make sure the oil is sufficiently hot before frying.
