Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 jalapeno Peppers
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 250 grams bacon
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 grams salt

Preparation

In a pot cook the chiles for 10 min with sugar to remove excess spicy.
Let them dry, unveil and open them in half without breaking them.
Stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped with bacon.
Heat the pan with a little oil and let the bacon fry until golden brown.
