If you want an easy and delicious snack, these jalapeño peppers stuffed with ricotta cheese wrapped in bacon will be a success. You can prepare them ahead of time and bake them a few minutes before your guests arrive.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 10 jalapeno Peppers, cut in half along
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, milled
  • 10 slices bacon, split in half throughout

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Heat the water in a pot over high heat, add the salt and chilies and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the chiles from the water, cool and remove the seeds.
Fill the chiles with the ricotta cheese and wrap with half a slice of bacon.
Place the chiles in a tray and bake for 15 minutes or until the bacon is browned.
