A different version of nachos served with a bean dip with pico de gallo, melted cheese and cream. Do not hesitate to try this easy snack at your next meeting with friends.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups refried beans
  • 1/4 liters sour cream
  • 1 jar cheez whiz
  • 1 cup Chihuahua cheese, grated
  • 1 recipe pico de gallo
  • 1 bag tortilla chips, or corn toast

Preparation

In a round refractory place the beans and above the pico de gallo.
Mix the cream with the cheese wiz and cover the beans with this. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes until the cheese melts and everything is hot. Cover with the cream.
Serve hot with corn toast.
