We present a sandwich of jam and brie cheese that is exquisite. The combination of brie cheese with apricot jam is spectacular. The Pan Oroweat® Butter Milk brings a delicious flavor to the recipe.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 slices bread, Oroweat® Butter Milk Bread
  • 1/2 cups apricot jam
  • 150 grams Brie cheese, cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 5 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Spread the apricot jam over the Oroweat® Butter Milk Bread and place a few slices of Brie cheese.
Combine butter with thyme and spread over slices of Oroweat® Butter Milk Bread.
Place the sandwich in a hot pan and cook on both sides until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Let cool 2 minutes and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with lemon water.

TIPS

You can use butter-flavored spray oil.
