Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup Water, cool
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup shrimp, clean and cooked
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 onions, cut in julienne
  • serrano peppers, chopped

Preparation

The flour is liquefied with water and salt and left to rest for two hours.
Beat the egg white to the point of snow and join the flour, combined with onion and chilies.
The shrimp are added to the preparation and in hot oil they are frying until golden brown. They drain well and serve hot.
