Chicken Strips with Amaranth and Habanero Dip

Prepare these delicious low-calorie chicken strips, as they are breaded with amaranth and they are baked. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup amaranth
  • enough spray oil
  • 1 cup McCormick® Mayonnaise Dressing with Habanero
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough vegetable chips

Preparation

Cut the chicken breast into strips.
In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk, salt and pepper.
Bread the chicken strips with the flour, then pass through the egg and finally cover with amaranth. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
Place the breaded strips on a tray, spray with cooking spray and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
For the habanero dip mix the McCormick® Mayonnaise Dressing with habanero chili, cream, onion powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper until it has a homogeneous consistency.
Serve the chicken strips and accompany with the habanero dip and vegetable chips.
