Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cabbage salad
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked and deshebrado
  • 1/2 cups blue cheese dressing
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 24 wonton
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups blue cheese, fallen apart
  • 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
Combine the coleslaw, the chicken, 1/4 cup of the dressing and the sriracha sauce. Add 1 tbsp of the cole slaw mix along one side of each of the won ton slices; moisten the opposite side of the sheet with a little water. Roll the sheets without tightening but pressing on the edges to seal them.
Place them, with the side where they open down, on a baking tray that you have sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle the rolls with a little more oil.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until they are well browned. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, blue cheese, celery and the rest of the dressing.
Serve with the mayonnaise mixture.
