Preparation
In a pan over low heat mix the butter, the buttery cheese, the cream of milk, the white wine and the Parmesan cheese adding pepper and salt to taste.
Once the mixture is dissolved add the clams previously drained and keep on fire for 2 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
