A delicious fresh tuna sashimi with a ginger and garlic sauce.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams Tuna steak
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • sesame seeds, to decorate
  • fresh scallion, to decorate
  • sesame oils
  • waxed papers
  • fried or toasted corn tortilla, baked

Preparation

Cut the tuna with a sharp knife into thin slices and arrange in a large dish.
Place the waxed paper on the tuna and with a meat flattener or bottle crush to make it thinner.
Prepare the sauce by heating the sesame oil and browning the garlic and ginger. Remove from heat and add soy and lemon.
Pour the sauce over the tuna and garnish with the sesame seeds and chopped chives.
Toast with toast.

TIPS

The tuna can also be cut into cubes and served in a martini glass.
