A delicious fresh tuna sashimi with a garlic ginger sauce.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams tuna steak
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • sesame seeds, to decorate
  • fresh chives, to decorate
  • sesame oils
  • tostadas corn, baked

Preparation

Cut the tuna with a sharp knife into thin slices and arrange on a large platter.
Place a piece of waxed paper over the tuna and with a meat flattener or bottle squish to make it thinner.
Prepare the sauce by heating the sesame oil and browning the garlic and ginger. Remove from the heat and add the soybeans and lemon.
Pour the sauce over the tuna and garnish with the sesame and chopped chives.
Accompany with toasts.

TIPS

The tuna can also be cut into cubes and served in a martini glass.
