Ingredients

  • 24 shrimps medium
  • 1 avocado mature
  • lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • Butters
  • olive oils
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • coriander
  • cookies habanera or salted
  • bread baguettes in thick slices

    Preparation

    In a deep bowl, mash the avocado until it forms a paste or if you wish you can chop it in small cubes. Add the lemon juice so it does not rust.
    Place olive oil and a little butter in a pan. When it is hot add the shrimp, let cook until they turn pink. Sauté for five more minutes, season and season to taste.

    TIPS

    If you add a spoonful of butter at the time of heating the oil, it will not burn. Do not overcook the shrimp because they will get hard.
