Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 cans Tuna
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • chipotle chilies, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • fresh coriander, chopped, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Open the cans and drain only a little of the liquid so it does not get too dry.
In the blender put mayonnaise and cream cheese. Blend and to taste the chipotle, I recommend you try it until it is with the itch you want.
Add the tuna and blend to a paste.
Add to the taste cilantro, salt and pepper. You can serve it cold or lukewarm.
