Eating almonds can be very versatile with this delicious snack with homemade buffalo sauce. This recipe with almonds is perfect as a snack and to share with friends. The spicy sauce mix with lemon juice, honey and almonds will surprise you!

  • 1 tablespoon butter, for the buffalo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups spicy sauce, (use the one you like best)
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar, for the buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cups honey, for the buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons onion powder, for the buffalo sauce
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons paprika, for the buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons English sauce, for the buffalo sauce
  • to taste salt, for the buffalo sauce
  • to taste black pepper, for the buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups almond, whole
  • enough lemon, To accompany


In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat, add the hot sauce and heat. Add apple cider vinegar and honey. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, cool and reserve.
Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Place the almonds in a deep bowl, add the sauce and mix until incorporated.
On a tray with waxed paper, pour the almonds trying to spread them everywhere. Bake for 18 minutes at 150 ° C. Cool
Serve with lemon.
