Preparation
In a pan over medium heat, cook the onion with the olive oil until it is transparent. Add the garlic and Eva® spinach, cook for 3 minutes or until softened.
Add the cheeses and cook until they melt. Add half cream and nuts, cook a few more minutes and season with oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
Serve hot or cold and accompany with bread sticks.
