Prepare this delicious spinach dip with nuts for all your meetings, since it is made with fresh Eva® hydroponic spinach, with cream cheese, walnuts, blueberries, almonds and goat cheese. You will be fascinated!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of red onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 piece of Spinach Eva® in pieces
  • 2 packages of cream cheese 190 each, in cubes
  • 100 grams of goat cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of Nestle media creama
  • 2 spoonfuls of nut chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of pistachio chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of almond

    Preparation

    In a pan over medium heat, cook the onion with the olive oil until it is transparent. Add the garlic and Eva® spinach, cook for 3 minutes or until softened.
    Add the cheeses and cook until they melt. Add half cream and nuts, cook a few more minutes and season with oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
    Serve hot or cold and accompany with bread sticks.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with bread sticks or pita bread.

    TIPS

    You can add blue cheese to give it a different touch.
