Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/8 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch spinach, cut
  • 1/4 cups rice flour
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° c
In a food processor crush the nuts, add water, lemon, garlic, onion powder.
For the filling, in a pan over medium heat add the onion, add the spinach, salt and pepper. Place the spinach in a bowl and add the nut mixture and the rice flour. Reservation.
For the dough mix all the dry ingredients and add the oil and water.
In a cake mold, spread out the dough and add the filling to the oven for 25 min.
