Ingredients

  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 5 leaves basil
  • 1 can mashed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • black pepper

Preparation

To prepare the sauce: Peel the tomatoes and chop them in small squares as well as the onion, garlic and basil. set everything aside In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the onion and season until it is white, add the garlic, stirring constantly in 1 minute add the tomato and basil, keep stirring and grind in the pan with a grinder Then add the tomato puree, salt and pepper to taste and turn off as soon as it has boiled.
