Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 baguettes
  • 250 grams cured ham
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 5 garlic
  • olive oils, to taste
  • cherry tomatoes, to decorate

Preparation

Start by preparing the tomato sauce and garlic. Peel the tomatoes and grate with a cheese grater finely all the tomato pulp and place in a deep bowl.
Peel the cloves of garlic, crush with a knife and finely chop, mix with the tomato and add olive oil and salt to taste.
Cut the baguette bread into pieces and prepare each tapa by placing on each piece a tablespoon of tomato and garlic sauce and 2 or 3 slices of serrano ham
Decorate the platter where they are served with some cherry tomatoes.

TIPS

Accompany with a good red wine.
