Ingredients

20 portions
  • 10 carrots
  • 5 cucumbers
  • 2 jicama
  • 3 cups cherry tomato
  • 2 sticks cream cheese
  • 1 can smoked oyster
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon maggi sauce
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • to taste Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Start by preparing the vegetables for the dish. For carrots, peel and cut into strips.
Peel cucumbers, cut them in half, remove their seeds and cut into strips.
Jicamas peel and cut into strips.
Place the vegetables and cherry tomatoes in a deep bowl of cold water while doing the dip.
In a deep dish, mix the cream cheese with half the juice of the oyster tin. With a fork mix and incorporate until achieving a "dip" consistency. If you need more oyster juice you can add more.
Add the oysters, maggi, English, soy and tabasco sauce and mix until you get a uniform dip.
Divide the dip into two deep plates and in one of them add the paprika and mix well, this dip should be reddish, while the other white / beish.

PRESENTATION

In a large dish place the verdruas and accompany the two dips, you can decorate the dips with coriander leaves.
