Chilli Filled with Shrimp and Cheddar Cheese with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 white onions, finely chopped
  • 1 kilo shrimp, boy, clean
  • 1/2 bunches fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups Natural Tomato Del Fuerte® Puree
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 cups Natural Tomato Del Fuerte® Puree
  • 1 cup shrimp broth
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch cumin powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 poblano peppers, ready to fill
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add the oil, brown the garlic and onion, add the shrimp to which it is cooked, add cilantro and finally the Natural Puree Tomato Del Fuerte®, season to your liking, and reserve.
For the sauce Add the Natural Tomato Del Fuerte® Puree to the pot over medium heat to cook a little, add the shrimp broth, season with a little oregano, cumin powder, salt and pepper to your liking until reduce and leave a thicker sauce and reserve.
For the chiles Place the chiles, already clean and open, on a tray, filled with shrimp and cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is completely melted. Remove from the oven and reserve.
On a plate add a little caldillo, serve a chili and bathe with a little more sauce.

TIPS

To clean the chiles easier you can put them directly to the fire, put them in a bag to sweat and then in a bowl with cold water all the skin, seeds and veins will be removed very easily.
