Ingredients

15 servings
  • 190 grams of light cream cheese Philadelphia
  • 300 grams of cod soaked and desalted
  • 2 tomatoes gourd chopped
  • 3 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 of onion chopped
  • 1 can of peas and carrots drained
  • spray oils
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of Water
  • drops of lemon
  • 10 leaves of Romaine lettuce washed and disinfected
  • parsley chopped to decorate
  • 1 tomtato chopped into seedless cubes

Preparation

Heat a pan and drizzle with the oil. Acitronar the garlic and the onion to be transparent.
Add the tomato and the strips of guajillo chili, cook for 2 min along the water.
Add the cod, the vegetables, Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese and mix until completely integrated. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Cut the lettuce leaves to half width and serve a tablespoon of cod in each lettuce.

PRESENTATION

Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with tomato and chopped parsley. Serve at room temperature.
