Preparation
In a pan add oil and add the onion, celery, crab and chilies. Cook on low heat for ten minutes, remove the preparation of the fire and add coriander.
Add the bread crumbs, stir well.
Fill the crab shells and add a splash of olive oil, sprinkle ground bread.
Place the crabs in a refractory and cook in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the bread is browned.
