Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cup of crab meat cooked and crumbled
  • 1 piece of red bell pepper finely sliced
  • 1 piece of jalapeno pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of whole kernel corn
  • 1/3 of Cup of Italian dressing
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 3 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • 2 spoonfuls of cream
  • 6 pieces of fried or toasted corn tortilla

    Preparation

    Mix the crab meat, the red pepper, the jalapeño half, the corn, the dressing, the cilantro and the lemon juice in a medium bowl.
    Mix the mayonnaise with the cream in a small bowl. Add the remaining jalapeño to the mayonnaise mixture.
    Spread each toast with about 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise. Cover them with equal amounts of the crabmeat mixture. Serve them immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    You can accompany it with a little aguacte and the sauce of your preference.

    TIPS

    Serve immediately to avoid soaking the toast.
