Try these fresh crab toast, they are very fresh and perfect for the food of this hot season. In addition to being very easy to prepare, in a few minutes you will have delicious crab toast ready to share with the family.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups corn grain
  • 1/3 cups Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 6 tostadas corn

Preparation

Mix the crab meat, the red pepper, the jalapeño half, the corn, the dressing, the cilantro and the lemon juice in a medium bowl.
Mix the mayonnaise with the cream in a small bowl. Add the remaining jalapeño to the mayonnaise mixture.
Spread each toast with about 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise. Cover them with equal amounts of the crabmeat mixture. Serve them immediately.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany it with a little aguacte and the sauce of your preference.

TIPS

Serve immediately to avoid soaking the toast.
