This is a simple way to prepare a rich stew with fish, it is bathed in a creamy sauce made with pepper and gratinated with cheese. It is a recipe that at home you can share with everyone. Accompany it with a little white rice, mashed potato or steamed vegetables.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 kilo of fish fillet
  • 1 1/2 cups of cream
  • 1 can of Bell pepper
  • 6 slices of yellow cheese strips
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • aluminum foil

Preparation

Wash the fish and place it in the refractory greased with butter.
Blend cream, drained morron pepper, salt and pepper.
With this sauce, bathe the fish, top with yellow cheese strips.
If there is more than enough fish, make a second layer as well as finish it in sauce and yellow cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 min at 180 degrees centigrade.

TIPS

It can also be done on the stove with skillet with good cover and medium low heat. You can change the red pepper for chipotle or poblano pepper.
