Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 bass, (or any white fish)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 cup Granola with quinoa Kellogg's®
  • 1/2 cups pistachio, chopped
  • 2 egg whites

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Varnish the fillets with olive oil, salt and pepper. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix the granola with Kellogg's® quinoa, pistachios and egg whites.
With the help of a spoon, make a granola crust on the top of each fillet, trying to make it even.
