Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 bass (or any white fish)
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of Granola with quinoa Kellogg's®
  • 1/2 Cup of pistachio chopped
  • 2 egg whites

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
