This fish fillet with crushed granola with quinoa and pistachio is the ideal option for a healthy meal in this hot season, super fresh and very easy to prepare, do not stop doing it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 bass, (or any white fish)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 cup Kellogg’S® granola with quinoa
  • 1/2 cups pistachio, chopped
  • 2 egg whites

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Varnish the fillets with olive oil, salt and pepper. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix the granola with Kellogg's® quinoa, pistachios and egg whites.
With the help of a spoon, make a granola crust on the top of each fillet, trying to make it even.
Bake for 7 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
