Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of red snapper filet
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 4 pieces of tomato chopped
  • 1 piece of ancho chili pepper without seeds
  • 2 pieces of guajillo chili pepper without seeds
  • 1 Cup of oil
  • to taste of oregano

    Preparation

    Sauté the garlic and onion in little oil, add the chilies and the tomato.
    Add a cup of water and the oregano; pepper.
    Blend the sauce and let cool.
    Bathe the steaks and place them in a bag.
    Let marinate for one night.
    Place the fillets in a tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
