Huachinango Baked in Chilli Sauce

Simple and delicious Ideal to share with the couple. This rich red snapper in chili sauce is perfect to celebrate. Its juicy texture and spicy touch will enchant you.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of red snapper filet
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tooth of Garlic finely chopped
  • 4 pieces of tomato chopped
  • 1 piece of wide chili without seeds
  • 2 pieces of guajillo chile without seeds
  • 1 Cup of oil
  • to taste of oregano

    Preparation

    Sauté the garlic and onion in little oil, add the chilies and the tomato.
    Add a cup of water and the oregano; pepper.
    Blend the sauce and let cool.
    Bathe the steaks and place them in a bag.
    Let marinate for one night.
