Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 ancho chili pepper, without seeds
  • 2 guajillo chilies, without seeds
  • 1 cup oil
  • to taste oregano

Preparation

Sauté the garlic and onion in little oil, add the chilies and the tomato.
Add a cup of water and the oregano; pepper.
Blend the sauce and let cool.
Bathe the steaks and place them in a bag.
Let marinate for one night.
Place the fillets in a tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.

PRESENTATION

Serve with rice and freshly cooked beans or steamed vegetables. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
