Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams fish, cooked and chopped
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Dried oregano
  • 4 tablespoons corn oil
  • black pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 poblano pepper, seedless and chopped
  • 1 tomtato, peeled, seeded and cut into cubes

Preparation

Fry the fish in the oil and add oregano, garlic salt, pepper, onion and chili. Then add the tomato, rectify seasoning and serve.

PRESENTATION

It can be accompanied with lemon and eaten as a snack or served in tacos.
